During the development of the site’s UX, the limitations of Throne and Liberty were evident from the beginning due to certain modular requirements established by the client. It was important to respect these established guidelines while also providing creative alternatives that still feel connected to the parent brand.

The guiding visual style and UI of the Throne and Liberty site was more grit than glitter, leaning into the wear and tear of a complicated world. The goal of the official site was to create an immersive experience, welcoming players into a more themed experience when compared to the properties other existing sites.
